Martin Toth comes with a track record of over 17 years experience in business application, the last 13 of them with SAP. After three years at SAP America, Martin joined the SAP AFS Team in 1998. Martin and his team continued to enhance the AFS solution and built a very strong market position. He was globally responsible for the SAP Apparel & Footwear solution. Together with his partners he founded attune in 2006.

Shahaz Zahir is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. He has been in the finance field for the last 20 years, thereof 12 years in the apparel industry at various SBUs in the MAS Holdings group. Shahaz was appointed CFO of MAS’s fully-owned SAP consulting subsidiary Rapier in January 2004. Subsequently he was promoted to the post of CFO of the attune Group, at its inception in January 2006. |

Vajira De Silva played the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Rapier Consulting. He converted this project based MAS internal team into a focused and successful consulting company. Vajira has a track record of over 14 years in IT, and of those, over 10 years in the SAP AFS world. As Regional Director Americas, Vajira manages attune’s business across North and South America. |

Steve Roach Steve Roach is an SAP veteran bringing over 20 years of dedicated experience to attune. His career at SAP AG encompasses international consultancy, development, and sales – including the pioneering of SAP’s Central and Eastern European markets. As a founder and principal of LSI Consulting and founding partner of attune; Steve continues to focus on delivering his clients high-impact business transformation solutions using the SAP portfolio of products. |

Stefan joined attune from SAP, where he originally started in 1991 as a Consultant in Logistics. In 1996 Stefan moved into Product Management with global responsibility for developing the AFS solution. Stefan built up the international AFS team of product management, development and support in Germany and India. In 2003 he took on new challenges in the Solution Management building the SAP Business byDesign mid-market solution. In 2008, Stefan joined attune and in his role as Global Director Products he will ensure the attune Solution Portfolio continues to improve and expand. |

Barry Roberts Founder and CEO of LSI GmbH, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of LSI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Roberts worked closely with SAP during the design phase of the AFS Solution in the late 90’s and later merged LSI GmbH with Rapier Consulting to form attune. He retired in 2009, but remains an active member of the Board of Directors. He continues in his roles as Chairman of the Board of Directors at LSI Consulting, Inc. USA and a volunteers as Vice President of the Plymouth Country Club. |

Mahesh Amalean Co-founder and visionary of MAS Holdings, Mahesh is a chemical engineer from the Regional Engineering College/National Institute of Technology, India. He completed his executive education at Columbia University Business School. He was the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Apparel Exporters' Association, the Human Resource Development and Productivity Initiative of the Joint Apparel Associations' Forum and has helped strengthen the Sri Lankan textile and apparel industry. In recognition of his services to the nation, he was conferred Deshamanya by the Government of Sri Lanka. |

Barry Roberts was a founder and President of LSI Consulting (LSI), a consulting company incorporated 10 years ago in the United States and dedicated to SAP implementation and support. He has over 25 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain fields, and has more than 14 years of experience with SAP. Barry was part of the original design team that built the SAP solution for the Apparel and Footwear industry (AFS).
